GB BPR: Key Biocidal Substances Approaching Expiration Deadlines
The substances listed below under GB BPR are all approaching their expiration date, unless the renewal application is submitted. Therefore, if any of these active substance/product type combinations are important to you, contact your supplier to let them know, or determine if you need to handle the application yourself.
Without a renewal application for these active substance/product type combinations under GB BPR, their approvals will expire. Consequently, manufacturers and users will no longer be able to include these substances in biocidal products of the relevant product type in Great Britain. Additionally, articles treated with such products cannot be placed on the market.
